How long will it take for my print to arrive?

Each print is made to order and as a result our processing times are 5-7 days. Once your map has been printed and packed it will be shipped out by tracked mail so you can see when it is likely to arrive. We partner with printers all over the world to ensure your order is made a locally as possible. This helps to speed up our process while reducing the impact on our climate. 

What if you don't have my event?

If you don't see the event you're looking for please get in touch with some information about the event and we would be happy to create a custom order for you. 

I did my own challenge. Can I create a completely custom print?

Yes! We've created lots of completely custom prints for people, some examples include cycling across Australia and running the Pacific Crest Trail. Just get in touch and we'd be happy to work with you.

Why do I see some prints and frames sized using A4, A3, A2 on other websites?

This method of print sizes is quite old and outdated. We have opted for simple sizing (imperial for US customers and metric for the rest of the world) to make it easier for you to find frames and ensure your prints will fit your space perfectly. If you prefer to use this older style of sizing there are useful conversions online. 

How will my print be packaged?

We use new, plastic free packaging tubes. We've done away with the classic cylindrical tube and plastic stopper, instead using a new cardboard prism design. This allows us to reduce packing materials, make shipments more efficient and cut out the use of plastic completely while ensuring your print is protected on its journey!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide for free! We partner with print providers locally to you to help reduce the carbon footprint of our products and ensure timely delivery wherever possible.

What if there is an issue with my order?

We hope there won't be any problems but sometimes things happen during printing or in transit. If you are unhappy with anything please contact us at myactivemapstore@gmail.com and we'll work to resolve it.

I made a mistake with my personalisation information, what can I do?

Contact us immediately. If the order hasn't been sent to our printers we might be able to change the information. However, we cannot guarantee this as we tend to raise orders quite quickly. If the order has already been printed there isn't anything we can do - myactivemapstore@gmail.com

What size print should I buy?

This will often come down to preference, size of space and the frames you have available to you. We have created a useful size guide to help you out!
